Bringing The Gifts Home For Women
Online Webinar Course

At certain points in our lives, we might have an ‘aha’ moment, an epiphany if you will. Perhaps someone close to us dies, maybe we lose our job, or it could be that we have just returned from a retreat or a vision quest. Whatever the catalyst, at certain points in our lives moments of clarity arrive, and with them a vision of how things might be different.

This course is designed to have a bi-focal vision; one that focuses on what is happening for you in the here and now, and one that creates the conditions for real change to manifest. This programme offers you tools, techniques and practices to guide you through the challenge of grounding vision.

How do we land these experiences, and make meaning of them?

How do we take them into our world, at home and beyond?

This is where the real journey often begins.

Once back in our ‘everyday lives’, the tendency can be to lose heart and disconnect with our ‘bright experience’ or fall into aversion and criticism with what’s happening in the here and now. This is a sort of subtle aggression against who we really are and is where the process of self-transformation, or making changes in our lives, can become stuck and unhelpful. We can’t go back and we can’t go forward. Sometimes, we might get hooked on seeking out epiphany moments.

If you are living for an ideal and driving yourself as hard as you can to be perfect… you lose the natural, slow rhythm of life. There’s a rushing, trying to attain the ideal; the slower pace of the beat of the earth, the state where you simply are, is forgotten.

Bringing The Gifts Home offers tools, techniques and practices

for grounding vision back into everyday life - at home and at work.

You’re invited to join a community of like-minded people exploring and putting into practice Incorporation Guidance - meeting yourselves where you are, honouring where you’ve been and opening up to what’s next.

Our meetings will take the form of six facilitated live group calls at fortnightly intervals. I offer you home practices between sessions. This might involve reading, writing, going out on the land and some creative exercises. I encourage Buddying Up - this an opportunity for peer learning and supporting each others ‘threads’.

I guide individuals and groups through life transitions with nature. With over fifteen years experience leading programmes that connect people back to their true nature. The Art of ReWilding weaves together the main threads of my life; creativity, dharma (truth), mythic journeys, the intelligence of the body and nature.

My passion is for workshops that support you to embark upon your path, make changes or go deeper into the path you are already on. My programmes emphasise making time and space to connect with a bigger perspective and connect with what matters most in life, in nature.

Underpinning everything is a care for deep ecology and community. When we act with ecological self-interest not only do we support ourselves, our families and our wider communities, but also the wider community of life.
