Buddhist Retreats and Women’s Retreats

Our Buddhist retreats and Women’s retreats are centred on mindfulness-based nature connection, interconnectedness and the nature of reality. They explore ways of working with mind and body that invite shifts in perception and a deeper sense of what is real, fostering a renewed appreciation for the sacredness of life. Together we engage with these deeper layers of life in a grounded and supportive environment.

What to Expect

All our retreats offer a nurturing and empowering space to slow down, reset, and reconnect - with yourself, with nature, and with what truly matters.

We offer a variety of retreat formats and settings, from solo wilderness fasts and guided vision quests to fully supported retreat centres. Accommodation ranges from camping under the stars in remote landscapes to comfortable, catered indoor spaces - so you can choose the level of immersion that suits you.

Alongside teachings and practices, there is time to be in nature - gathered by the fire, wild swimming, resting and restoring, singing, and reconnecting with a simpler, more grounded way of being in community.
