RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Combining Therapeutic Coaching and Mediation for Relationships

Often folks struggle when it comes to translating what happens within a 1:1 coaching or therapeutic setting into relationship dynamics, either at home or in the work place.

We want to offer you something new. As a husband and wife team we are combining our skills and experience to offer you a process weaving together both therapeutic coaching and mediation.

WHAT IS RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE?

Relational Intelligence teaches you to show up to challenging but important conversations feeling centred, grounded and connected.

We enable you to shape and transform your relationship experience by empowering you to envision and negotiate a shared way forward where both of you can thrive.

We support you to transform conflict and tension into clarity and connection so that you are able to move through seemingly insurmountable conflict into some kind of resolution.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will each alternate between 1:1 therapeutic coaching sessions with Natasha and a shared mediation setting with Ulrich.

Therapeutic coaching will help you to individually explore the relationship experience you are struggling with, understand your place within it and find clarity about how you want to shape your relationship going forwards. This often begins with finding your own voice by listening to it (Margaret Atwood phrase).

The mediation sessions on the other hand will provide you with a contained setting in which to enter into an in-depth dialogue about your shared relationship experience. Here you have the opportunity to both shape your relationship in a space of negotiation and safe communication.

This is for couples who are looking to create and sustain a long-term thriving relationship, for those who are in the process of challenge and can’t find a way forward, or for those wanting support to consciously uncouple.

And also for family members who may be at odds or estranged and want to find a way back into meaningful relationship.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:

  • looking to improve communication and active listening skills

  • looking to unlock the potential of a promising relationship

  • looking to sustain and flourish in relationship, with authenticity

  • wanting to negotiate and improve intimacy and relationships

  • wanting the skills and tools needed to move from avoidance to loving respectful conversation

  • stuck in the ‘should I stay or should I go’ quandary

  • wanting to reconcile family relationships that have gone awry

  • interested in conscious uncoupling - enabling you to separate and part in clarity

Having these sessions were a break through moment for us. Being able to talk honestly in a safe space gave us the tools to establish a way into deeper communication.
